    FALL PREP DAY 🍂 Saturday, September 26, 2026 10 AM–4 PM Come when you can, stay as long as you'd likeYou know all those things you’ve been meaning to organize, plan, prep, or just get done? Come do them with us!  Bring your planner, notebook, phone, laptop, paperwork, meal-planning supplies, school/work tasks—or whatever else has been sitting on your to-do list—and spend the day getting things done together.This is your time to focus on the tasks YOU choose. There’s no set agenda and no pressure to accomplish a certain thing. Just bring what you need, pick a task, and get started. Things you might work on: Organizing your calendar Creating a priority/to-do list Planning meals Prepping meals (full kitchen available—bring what you need!) School or work tasks Organizing your inbox and emails Paying bills or getting finances organized Planning upcoming appointments or events Decluttering or organizing a space Updating your planner Tackling paperwork Making a fall routine or schedule Starting that project you’ve been putting off And whatever else you've been meaning to get done! What we'll provide: Tips and encouragement to help you stay on track Pomodoro-style work/break periods Beverages, popcorn, and other snacks A space to focus alongside others The motivation that comes from knowing you’re not doing it alone!   • Hope on the Run

    Hope on the Run brings our community together in a burst of color, energy, and purpose as we raise support for Rivers of Hope and the families we serve. By joining us as a sponsor or participant, you’re not just taking part in a vibrant color run—you’re helping create safety, healing, and hope for those impacted by domestic violence. Every ticket purchased and every sponsorship pledged fuels critical programs that change lives right here at home. Together, we can make every step count. Community Connection  Hope in a Hopeless World is getting out into the community and making connections! Through our Community Connection events, we partner with local non-profits and organizations at resource fairs, fundraisers, and other community gatherings. We’re excited to meet our neighbors, support fellow non-profits, share resources, and be part of the incredible work happening in our community. Whether we’re cheering on participants, lending a helping hand, sharing information, or simply showing up to support a great cause, we believe community is stronger when we come together.     Friendsgiving Dinner – Come Share Your Favorite Dish with Us! On November 19th, the Thursday before Thanksgiving, at Granite Shores: 633 Main St NW - Elk River, Join Hope in a Hopeless World for a cozy evening of food, friendship, and connection at our Friendsgiving Dinner. Bring along your favorite dish to share and enjoy the warmth of community as we gather around the table. Bringing a dish is optional!      Craft & Wrap Join Hope in a Hopeless World for a cozy afternoon of creativity, connection, and holiday fun! We’ll spend time together creating a fun holiday craft, enjoying good conversation, and making meaningful connections. You’re also invited to bring gifts from home to wrap together! Whether you’re a seasoned gift-wrapper or someone who somehow ends up with more tape than wrapping paper, come as you are.  Coffee, water, and light snacks will be provided. If you plan to stay for the gift-wrapping portion of the event, we suggest bringing a lunch or something more substantial to eat.
