These are free, peer-led support groups open to anyone living with mental health concerns or symptoms of mental illness. All groups are led by peers with firsthand experience living with mental health concerns.

Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group

HHW and Thumbs Up partner to present this peer-led support group for individuals that have lost a loved one to suicide. This group is led by people who have experienced this painful loss and are paying it forward to offer the much-needed support to others.

When: 1st Thursday of every month

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
