Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, this is an opportunity to slow down, be present, and connect with others in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Our physical and mental health are deeply connected. Taking time for movement and caring for our bodies can help reduce stress, improve our mood, and support our overall well-being. Yoga is also a form of somatic practice, helping us reconnect with our bodies, release physical tension, and support the processing of stress and trauma. Friendsgiving Dinner – Come Share Your Favorite Dish with Us! On November 19th, the Thursday before Thanksgiving, at Granite Shores: 633 Main St NW - Elk River, Join Hope in a Hopeless World for a cozy evening of food, friendship, and connection at our Friendsgiving Dinner. Bring along your favorite dish to share and enjoy the warmth of community as we gather around the table. Bringing a dish is optional!  Craft & Wrap Join Hope in a Hopeless World for a cozy afternoon of creativity, connection, and holiday fun! We’ll spend time together creating a fun holiday craft, enjoying good conversation, and making meaningful connections. You’re also invited to bring gifts from home to wrap together! Whether you’re a seasoned gift-wrapper or someone who somehow ends up with more tape than wrapping paper, come as you are.  Coffee, water, and light snacks will be provided. If you plan to stay for the gift-wrapping portion of the event, we suggest bringing a lunch or something more substantial to eat.
