Love Inward, an interactive workshop focused on loving ourselves. "Talk to yourself like you would someone you love." - Brene Brown The voices inside our head are often downright mean, critical, and ugly. The negative self-talk has a direct impact on our health in all domains - mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, personal, professional, etc. This interactive workshop will address this much need aspect of health. Love Inward first, so you can love outward!
