
Take steps toward better health and connection! Join us at the Monticello Community Center on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 8:10 PM (right after the support group). We’ll meet at the front desk and walk together on the indoor track. Walking for Wellness runs from November through March and is a simple way to stay active during the colder months while enjoying good company. All fitness levels are welcome — come as you are and walk at your own pace!
