HHW will be meeting at the St. Michael Cinema to see the movie Where the Crawdads Sing. All are welcome to join us! Time to be determined when movie times are available, will be in early evening. *Each participant is responsible for paying for their own ticket, however, if cost is a barrier please reach out privately to hope@hhwmn.com.

Attend HHW's Mental Wellness Retreat! Hear from peers living with mental illness and professionals in the fields of mental health and wellness including clinical therapists and yoga instructors. Tickets are donation based. Your donation will cover your ticket for the event including access to all speakers, activities, and meals. Dessert and refreshments will be offered on Friday evening and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Friday evening events will take place from 7pm-10pm with desserts, refreshments, and a peer speaker. Saturday events will take place from 8am-5pm with breakfast and lunch included. Speakers and guided wellness activities will be offered. ***Rooms are booked separately from cost of event. You can choose to book a room on your own with the Country Inn and Suites. Staying at the hotel is not required to attend the event. Register today!
