Love Inward, an interactive workshop focused on loving ourselves.

The voices inside our head are often downright mean, critical, and ugly. The negative self-talk has a direct impact on our health in all domains – mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, personal, professional, etc. This interactive workshop will address this much need aspect of health.
