Join us for our annual Spring Wellness Day.
You can expect relaxing, non-judgmental, healing spaces and moments.

Dinner will be on your own – Please remember to bring a dinner with you or plan to eat at one of the many restaurants nearby.
There are many entrances to the park. We found that this address below will bring you to the parking lot of our event.

For attire, wear comfy clothes and walking shoes. There will not be a lot of walking, but if you would like to participate in any light walking the paths are gravel so tennis shoes or whatever your feet will be comfortable in is recommended.
