Whether you participate fully or just take a moment to breathe in a supportive space\, you belong here. \n🍽 Lunch will be on your own\, allowing a midday refresh and recharge. \nAt Hope in a Hopeless World\, we believe healing happens through connection\, presence\, and belonging.
